These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PSLRank iOS app and the website at pslrank.app, operated by Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. ("we", "our", "us").

What PSLRank Is

PSLRank is an iOS mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial photographs and produce aesthetic scores across multiple metrics (jawline, eyes, cheekbones, nose, chin, symmetry, facial thirds, midface, skin, posture). The app also generates an improvement plan and includes a structured exercise library for facial improvement. PSLRank is a consumer wellness and self-improvement app. It is not a medical device, clinical diagnostic tool, or health service of any kind.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PSLRank, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use PSLRank. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 17 represent that they have parental or guardian consent. Subscriptions and in-app purchases require an Apple ID with valid payment method, which requires users to be at least 18 (or have parental authorization).

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the eligible age.

3. Not Medical Advice

PSLRank does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, dermatological evaluation, or any health-related professional service. The scores and improvement suggestions generated by the AI are algorithmic assessments of aesthetic characteristics in photographs; they are not clinical measurements, medical opinions, or health evaluations.

Do not use PSLRank to make decisions about medical procedures, cosmetic surgery, or any health-related treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health and medical decisions.

Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. expressly disclaims all liability arising from any reliance on PSLRank scores or suggestions as a basis for health, medical, or surgical decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

4a. Subscription Plans

PSLRank offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

Subscription prices are set in your local currency and are displayed within the app at time of purchase. All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.

4b. What Pro Unlocks

A Pro subscription provides access to: the full detailed analysis report (scores, archetype, halos, failos, ascension plan, softmaxxing profile, celebrity comparisons), unlimited scan history, the full exercise library (including advanced exercises), and an expanded daily exercise plan (7 exercises vs. 3 for free users).

4c. Free Tier

Free users may perform scans with limited results. Full reports are locked behind a Pro subscription or a single-report purchase. Free users receive a 3-exercise daily plan.

4d. Single Report Purchase

Users may purchase access to a single full analysis report as a one-time in-app purchase, without subscribing.

4e. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. Renewal prices are consistent with the initial purchase price unless you are notified otherwise.

4f. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you will retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law.

4g. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their standard refund process. Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. does not process refunds directly.

4h. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their renewal.

4i. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" function within the app to recover your subscription or single-report purchases.

5. Referral Program

5a. How It Works

PSLRank includes a referral program. Each Pro user receives a unique referral code. When a new user redeems a valid referral code during or after onboarding, the referring user receives a reward (one free full-report scan credit).

5b. Rules

• Referral codes may only be used once per new user account.
• Referral codes cannot be redeemed by the same person who generated them.
• Self-referral, bulk distribution, posting codes on public forums to circumvent the purchase funnel, or any other abuse of the referral system is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.
• Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
• Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Exercise Library & Cooldowns

PSLRank's exercise library provides structured facial improvement exercises with sequential unlock gating and time-based cooldown periods. After completing certain exercises, the next exercise in a sequence is locked for a specified cooldown period (ranging from several hours to multiple days depending on the exercise) to prevent overtraining and ensure the protocol is followed as intended.

Cooldown periods are enforced by the app and persist across sessions — closing and reopening the app does not reset cooldowns. Exercise completion data is stored locally on your device.

The exercises provided in the app are informational guides only and do not constitute medical or physiotherapy advice. Discontinue any exercise that causes pain or discomfort and consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regimen.

7. Intellectual Property

7a. Our Content

All app content — including but not limited to AI scoring algorithms, exercise protocols, improvement plans, UI design, text, graphics, branding, the PSLRank name, and the PSL scoring system as implemented in the app — is the intellectual property of Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7b. Your Content

You retain ownership of any photographs you submit for analysis. By submitting a photo, you grant Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. a limited, non-exclusive license to process that photo for the sole purpose of delivering the analysis results to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos, use them for advertising, or share them with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy (i.e., transmission to our backend AI processor).

7c. Restrictions

You may not: copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app or its content; scrape or extract scoring algorithms or AI outputs for use outside the app; use the app's name or branding without written permission from Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to analyze photos of other individuals without their explicit consent
• Upload photos of minors
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase requirements through unauthorized means
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the AI scoring system
• Abuse the referral program (see Section 5)
• Use the app's outputs to harass, demean, or harm yourself or others

Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-generated scores are probabilistic and based on machine learning models analyzing photographs under varying conditions. Scores may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors. They are not objective measurements of any physical attribute.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the app in violation of these Terms; your submission of photos of third parties without consent; or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PSLRank shall first be addressed by contacting support@aureliansyndicate.net. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP violations.

13. Modifications to the App or Terms

Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. may update these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the app (including subscription benefits) with reasonable notice.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PSLRank at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the referral or purchase systems. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Local data on your device is not automatically deleted upon termination.
