What Your PSL Results Look Like

Every PSL Rank result gives you a composite score from 0 to 8, the matching tier, and the individual measurements behind it. These sample reports show the exact format before you upload anything.

Three Sample Reports

The three examples below are illustrative reports - not real users and not testimonials. They cover a typical spread on the PSL scale: an average result, an above-average result, and a rare one.

Sample A

Illustrative
4.2MTN - Mid-Tier Normie

Balanced but soft. Proportions sit close to population average, with the lower third carrying most of the lost points.

Facial symmetry
91%

Slight vertical offset at the nose base

Facial thirds
34 / 33 / 33

Near-even, well within normal range

Canthal tilt
+3.1°

Neutral to mildly positive

Jawline definition
Moderate

Limited gonial flare, soft chin projection

Sample B

Illustrative
5.4HTN - High-Tier Normie

Strong midface and eye area. Above-average structure held back by a slightly long lower third.

Facial symmetry
95%

High symmetry across all landmark pairs

Facial thirds
32 / 32 / 36

Lower third longer than ideal

Canthal tilt
+6.4°

Positive tilt, a recognised halo

Jawline definition
Defined

Clear gonial angle and chin projection

Sample C

Illustrative
6.1Chadlite

Consistently strong across every measured dimension, with no single weak area pulling the composite down.

Facial symmetry
97%

Very high symmetry, minimal deviation

Facial thirds
33 / 33 / 34

Close to even thirds

Canthal tilt
+7.8°

Strongly positive

Jawline definition
Sharp

Wide gonial width, forward chin

How to Read Your Breakdown

  • Symmetry is a percentage - anything above roughly 93% reads as high, and small dips are normal.
  • Facial thirds compare upper, middle and lower face height. Closer to 33 / 33 / 33 scores better.
  • Canthal tilt is measured in degrees. Positive tilt is a common halo; negative tilt costs points.
  • Jawline definition reflects gonial width and chin projection, the biggest driver of the lower third.

The composite score is not an average of these - weak areas pull it down harder than strong areas lift it, which is why failos matter more than halos at the same magnitude.

Getting a Result You Can Trust

  • Front-facing photo, eyes level with the camera, no head tilt
  • Even lighting with no strong shadow across one side of the face
  • Neutral expression, hair off the forehead, no glasses
  • Arm's length or further - close selfies distort the midface

Sample Results - FAQ

Are these real users?

+

No. These are illustrative sample reports built to show the format and range of a PSL Rank result. They are not real people and are not testimonials.

What does a PSL result include?

+

A composite PSL score from 0 to 8, the matching tier name, and a breakdown of the individual measurements: symmetry, facial thirds, canthal tilt, and jawline definition.

How accurate is the free browser test?

+

The free test is a directional estimate computed from landmark geometry in one front-facing photo. Lighting, head tilt, and camera distance all shift the numbers, so treat it as a range rather than a fixed verdict.

Does my photo get stored to produce these results?

+

No. The browser test runs locally on your device, and photos sent to our backend for AI analysis are deleted immediately once the analysis request completes.

Why is my score lower than my usual 1-10 rating?

+

PSL grades facial structure only, on a 0-8 range calibrated to rarity. The same person almost always receives a lower PSL number than a casual 1-10 rating.
